Not only did he remove the stains, but it smells great too. Below are a couple of examples of my living room, and the urine stains before and after. This team is AMAZING! We had an unexpected water leak in our kitchen that involved our master bathroom/bedroom. Ed was super responsive and quick to come and assess our water damage. And even quicker to make a plan. His team, Ron and Tommy, were phenomenal when they came. They were on time, super respectful of our space, and empathetic about our situation. They ensured my house stayed clean, you would have never guessed we had a restoration team at our house. It was the best experience when dealing with a nightmare. I was very impressed with the quality of work that was done. We had our couches, stair case, tile and grout cleaned and everything looked brand new when Ed was done. This was the first time I have ever had my couches cleaned and every spot came out. Truly amazing work. I look forward to using them and only them in the future.

I had all the carpet in my house cleaned when I moved out and I was amazed at how good the carpet looked. The carpet looked new despite being almost 18 years old. Very impressed.
